bad experience which is can't trust any of this agents. I called uscis last week to check in on this case and to clarify on an email i received from uscis stating that they sent the case to nvc, the agent said it was an error from uscis. I called today again and another agent said that email was true I just need to wait which we all hate to hear the word of wait.
anyone have been experiencing this? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated 🙏.
i824 is still on the process for 112 days at NBC to transfer i130 to nvc.

on my i485 case I got these 2 updates within five days .
on October 12 - Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview
on October 17 - Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken
is it normal ? because first it’s said
“Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview”
and now it is saying
“Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken”
can anyone please explain what’s going on with my case ?
i824 at Potomac
I have filed i824 to forward my approved petition to NVC. Previously it was at NBC but today when I called USCIS, they told me that it has been transferred to Potomac Service center but I am not able to see processing time on USCIS for Potomac with i824. Does anyone has similar issue ?

my i485 RFE response was received on August 30th 2022.
but today i got updated to “fingerprint were taken”. this is so unusual and i dont understand why USCIS update this? i already have my ead with fingerprint on it which I received 15months earlier. my PD May,2019
any thoughts guys??

i am a US citizen helping my cousin immigrate to the US. since he is my cousin (not immediate family) I can’t just sponsor him.
from my limited research online I read that he needs a job sponsor to help him get the right visas etc. could someone guide me where he can find these jobs that will sponsor people from overseas. he has a bachelors in law and a lot of business/sales experience but sadly no IT/CS experience ☹️. i will appreciate any help or advice. thank you.
