When I received my I-797 it said my center was Potomac but when I sent a message through my Uscis account it tells me to check processing time for Vermont. However I never received a notification that my case was transferred.
I’m which center is my case in?

that happened to me too. My original processing center was Potomac, 6 months later they changed my case to Texas and 4 months later they changed my case again this time to Vermont without any prior notification….Vermont is the center that takes the longest to process cases... I've already been waiting 17 months...

In the same chat with Emma, you write live chat and the options will appear... there you can chat with a live agent... sometimes it takes a long time to connect. That's how I found out where my case was..
