Can we apply for Marraige-Based AOS while pending F1 OPT STEM extension?
My F1 OPT EAD card expired on May 8, 2022.
I applied for STEM extension on March 27, 2022.
The 180-day extension automatically extends the F1 OPT EAD to Nov 4, 2022.
I recently got married to my fiancée and we’re ready to apply my AOS paperwork.
However, my STEM Extension is still pending adjudication and technically, it expires on November 4th, 2022 (in about 2 weeks). If it’s not approved by that time, I would have to quit my job as well…
Question — is it okay to file the AOS paperwork before I have the STEM approved and EAD in my hands, or should I wait until that is done?
RFIE for I130
i filed an i130 for my husband. i know i signed all thr documents because we went through them with a fine tooth comb. i rrceived an rfie for the petition and supplement again stating that either i didnt sign or all the pages werent there. here is the twist. his name is hyphenated and i used just the first part. the social security admin issued me a card with only the first part so that was what i used to file. then when i went to the dmv, they said thr thr ss card was incorrect and that i had to go back to the social security to grt my name fixed exactly like his. i had already mailed our forms. can this be the issue? i am so heartbroken and nervous

got a text message saying I would get a call with 1-2 days , yesterday got an email saying I wasn’t authorized to receive any information about my case ??wtf today I missed a call from a “no call I’d number” , could that be it? do they work on Saturday?

My case status changed from “Case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction” and went back to “Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken”
Does anyone have any idea what’s happening or what happens next after this? I’m confused as to why it changed back to it’s previous case status. My case got transferred from Nebraska to NBC. And anyone with updates regarding their EB visas? Especially those in EB3 like me?

So we applied for K1 visa March/8/2021 and my
interview was April 6/2022 in Jordan (I'm Iraqi living in
Jordan) and everything went well except I needed to
resubmit 3 documents since 2 of them were
expected and the other one needed to be certified
and the visa officer told me to send them with my
passport so they would print the visa for me, I did
everything he said and sent the documents and the
passport April/21.
April/26 they sent me an email with 10 questions to
answer like parents names and place of birth and ex
name and birthday and so, I sent the answers
immediately and the next day they sent me my
passport back with no visa and an orange paper said
"Administrative Processing" and I have to wait for
them to call me
Nothing updated since then and I and my fiancé sent
them emails and nothing happened they don't answer
the calls we even went to the embassy and they
didn't let us in or even to talk to anyone in charge
We called the senator and they didn't do anything.
What we can do to solve this problem? How we can
