bad experience which is can't trust any of this agents. I called uscis last week to check in on this case and to clarify on an email i received from uscis stating that they sent the case to nvc, the agent said it was an error from uscis. I called today again and another agent said that email was true I just need to wait which we all hate to hear the word of wait.
anyone have been experiencing this? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated 🙏.
i824 is still on the process for 112 days at NBC to transfer i130 to nvc.

Most of the people are getting approved between 3-4 months. Not sure what’s going on with us.

thought i130 require more time to investigate 🔎, but i824 it's just to fix an error and transfer the the case.
