My case status changed from "Case Was Transferred and A New Office Has Jurisdiction" to "Case was updated to Show Fingerprints Were Taken". is this expected?expect medical rfe. does it slow process?

this also happened to me yesterday, but I already sent them the physical exam RFE last week. so the RFE and the change of our status is probably not related.
