Hi everyone. We are so worried.We sent our evidence since 1 week by mail and we haven't received any notifications and we almost get our date for request(October 19th)...We don't know if It's normal or if they could send us at least a notificacion saying "we recivied you evidence,just wait for our response" đŁ...any experience to share? Have a good sunday!!!đ

Eligibility to submit I-824
hello folk,
I am planning to submit a I-824 for my wife in few days, but not sure if I am eligible and if it is good enough ( need to submit I-131 or not).
I married 2 days before that my I-485 got approved, while traveling with AP.
my I-485 is employment based, and my marriage date is before I-485 approval. I am planning to ask a follow up to join request via I-824 and skip sending I-131.
please advise me, thanks.

i485 pending approval vawa
my vawa saw approved in March 2022. since then I have not gotten any update on my i485 that was submitted together with form i360 in Dec 2019. I have written letter about 3 time but I didnât get any response on my i485. I called to ask for InfoPass but no response yet too. also I have contacted congressman since 2 months ago but they donât have any updates for me. can anyone advise what I need to do?? this whole process is getting frustrating!
