I-130 concurrent Filling?
hi all!
I recently been introduced to concurrent filling for the I-130 for spouse. I am a US citizen filling for my spouse. I am currently in the US
we submitted our I-130 back in august. can we do a concurrent filling and if so what does it entail? thanks a million!!!

if your spouse is inside usa she can apply for AOS even before approval of I 130 (which is known as concurrent filing).
