Form I-130
Hi everyone,
I'm about to submit form I-130 to USCIS for visa CR1 process. The visa service company filled in the form for me, but I saw it said the form expires 02/28/2021. If so, is there anything wrong with it? Thank you!

they will reject it, you have to use the most recent form.

If I file I-130 online directly on the USCIS website with a created account, do I need to care about the edition date and the expiration date of the form?

I think that if you file it online you're fine. We filed ours in Sept 18 and the expiration date is in 2024

if you do it online you’re fine 👍 they will reject your form if it’s not the edition date they require. as of today the edition date is 7/20/21 download it from the USCIS website 👍
