Hey guys, does anyone know if the 180 day extension receipt for the renewal of the work permit (work permit) can be used for a new position? My work permit expired 1 week ago and I applied 2 months ago and got my 180 days notice, before getting my Ead renewal card, but I would like to change jobs can I apply with my 180 day extension receipt? Hi. I am in L2 Ead and had filed my I 765 (renewal) on May 18 this year. but so far no update . Till now it is not Adjudicated. In the mean time our i94 is going to expire in month of Nov. So we recently filed our extension of stay and received the receipt number as well. should I ammend the old application of i765 or I need to file a new application. Regards
