I wasn't asked for a proof directly, but I did print out vaccination chart from the web portal with the tdap date

They just want you to spend extra money for your exam. mine was a flu shot

@t n they didn't ask me for the flu shot, only for the tetanus and it was included in the money for the whole exams. They said I was reagent of all the vaccines, so I didn't need to take any extra. they explain there is no exam to test if you are reagent or not of Tetanus vaccine, so we must have the proof or take other shot.

@sergei B very good. I'm my country we don't have a web portal for control the vaccines, it's only papers and I don't have mine anymore.

I spent $535 total since I need Tdap and MMR vaccine. I show them also my Covid vaccine still waiting for the result so I can sent it to USCIS.

I did in ny . 200$ for shots and testing in queens

@Vi print out was from US, I did tdap booster as part of annual exam here

Also, I spent 530 for mmr vaccine and tuberculosis test and additional for x ray after tuberculosis blood test came back positive

@sergei in the price I paid was included the filling out of the Form 693 also. I didn't need vaccine so I guess I was luck 🤞🏻🍀.

i spent $600 then they said it expired and I had to spend another $500 for the second. very sad how some of these clinics take advantage of people

@ma ma yeah that's what I figured out. before go to this clinic I was calling and getting the prices and they have lot of differents prices for the same service. One clinic asked me to bring the form 693 printed already for them only fill out and it would cost me $600 + vaccines needed. they are all over the place.
