Any November 2020 filer received approval from the Texas service center recently? My husband filed for my son who is out of the country. We have been patient but this is really becoming frustrating and overwhelming.

Hi. I am in L2 Ead and had filed my I 765 (renewal) on May 18 this year. but so far no update . Till now it is not Adjudicated. In the mean time our i94 is going to expire in month of Nov. So we recently filed our extension of stay and received the receipt number as well. should I ammend the old application of i765 or I need to file a new application.
