I hear some IOs are a bit stiff on this. They say At least 90 days after the marriage. I was at 84 days on Valentines so we got married. We were not asked about that though we are still waiting after 800 days with no final decision.

doesn't matter, you can submit as soon as you have all necessary documents

specially now they taking forever I would advise someone to send them as soon as possible

make sure to respect the 90 days... if not, you will be in trouble. And also people have to know that each case is different and also each IO act different.

the 90 day rule is for people who enter the US with a visitor visa and get married to usc if they send the application before that 90 it will consider fraud and they will think your intentions of coming here was to come and live not to visit. not for people who have been living here for years. you can Google it yourself and see if im lying. on uscis website it says apply as soon as u get all of your evidence or documents except for people who just arrive here they have to wait 90 days

i got married in nov 2019, i submited my docs in august 2020, we met in 2016 tho. I had a visa b1/b2. i got approved.

Not everyone gets that lucky. These IOs are selective in who they want to give a hard time. We all know what they are doing it.
