hello I have a question is vision impairment a good medical reason to expedite our case. ( Retinitis Pigmentosa) a inherited disease that cause night blindness and lost of peripheral vision ,the petition can't drive, and going to work and do errands everyday is very hard , because uber/lyft is expensive and its hard to get to work. and the situation cause her to suffer depression and so on.

I am applying after 3 years, still married, but have 14 months of physical presence instead of 18. I started leaving the country a lot when my mother got sick. can I still apply for naturalization or will I get denied because of that? thank you
