@baltimore yes I think the judge will most likely adjust your status in court. Make sure your lawyer knows what he's doing

am on the same process and my I-130 is 5months and activity yet . Vermont service center

my i130 take 2 years before I get approved in California center I sent it on may 2019 my husband not a citizen when I was submitted and 2020 my husband was come a us citizen and 2021 I keep calling uscis and finally he get me interview and on March 2021 I approved

ok I hope mine be faster because my wife is a US citizen

but don’t you think they should give you 10years because u have been marriage for more than two years

@mendis mentor when I was filled my i130 service center receiving is at California after one years. I call uscis and uscis transferred my case near me at my local uscis Baltimore service center

I’m in removals proceeding to,but my I-130 aprouved 01-2019,I file my I-485 02-2019,after 32 months still pending.

@Benn did you file motion to terminate asylum case with court due to approved I-130?

my Antony truy it,the juge said he is waiting after uscis decision.

@Benn USCIS has a history of sitting on cases that have asylum. that's why most lawyers want you to file I-485 with court or file termination.
