Green Card Application - i465/i130
I am finalizing my applications for i465, i30 etc… I was wondering if I could get some advice, my spouse stopped working in 2019 due to covid and is currently self employed with her exploring options. So she doesn’t currently have health insurance from a job where she could add me to.
Which is the best insurance I could use to help, and does it matter if it is Life or Health insurance ?
police clearance (police report)
one of my friends wife was in Turkey for 4 yrs on working visa they are from Nepal and now my friend is trying to sort out the police clearance from Turkey but it’s hard to get it and Nepal doesn’t have Turkey Embessay just Turkish council office and they are in dilemma so need help thank you any suggestions

guys i have a question.. is it safe to travel with advance parole to visit my family for one month while having pending I-485 adjustment of status based on a marriage

hi everyone, i am looking for a suggestion. as most of us know that the government is trying to add plan c in to the bidget reconciliation bill. if they are succes to get it into the bill and if you have been in america since jan 1st 2011, you can be eligible for a temporary work permit.
now my question is : what kinds if proofs one can present to show that the one has been here before jan 1st 2011?
if the employer gives in written that i was working with him since 2010 or a letter from bank that says that i had been their customer since 2007 but the account has been closed, will work?
what proofs can one have ready if or when thus bill passed.

i131 Advance Parole
We filed 485, 130 and 765 in April 2021 unfortunately we were not able to file for 131. My current status is “ready to be scheduled for interview” and I already received my EAD in September. Now, we are planning to file for 131, would that cause a negative impact to our current application? Any similar experience? Thank you for your time
