Good morning all, Please I need your suggestions. my daughter is 23yrs old although she's not in the US. how can I file for her to come over. I didn't include her name on my document. I'm a GC holder. Thank you.

first you need to include her in your documents after that apply for her by filing I-130. they will ask you for proof that she is your daughter. if she is your biological daughter then go for a DNA test. if not then you have to look for some notarized documents which prove that she is your daughter like adoption certificate or if she is your step daughter then her DNA test matching to your wife etc.
without evidence they will not accept.
