yes you can my brother file for his wife on his permanent card she’s approved it takes less than 2 years and my mom file for all of us on her permanent resident the first year she came here and after 5 years she got her citizenship she upgraded her status and 2 years after we here all 6 of us

@felicia your mother filing for her children is not the same as a person filing for their mother. I think you have to be a citizen to file for your mother

Felecia. I am planning to bring my sister and my mother but my sister is 21 years old!

For the kid to sponsor the parents, they have to be a US citizen.

It says 13 years if you bring siblings. Is there anything to make it faster ? any suggestions ?

Wondered, the only other way is for them to apply for a visitors visa before the i-130 is filed. They can then apply for their green card from here after a wait period.

Visitor visa has no age limit and is granted for 10 years. They can possibly go back and forth as needed, but will have an option of coming back for any process such as biometric etc.

No, they still have to wait for the visa bulletin to become current for their F4 catagory. Again, it depends on what country they’re from.

I did that for my mom and should have filed the B2 visa for my brother before filing the i-130. My mom now has the option to apply for her green card from here as soon as her I-130 is approved.
