more than normal processing time
I raised a service request with USCIS that my case is pending adjudication for more than the normal processing time.
I got their letter today stating that I it is taking more time than normal processing hour and that it requires more time to theorough process the case. this is For GC EAD.
can I do anything now? basically they agreed that it’s more than the normal processing time

Good afternoon friends, still my husband is waiting to get a decision from USCIS, he had his interview in Newark NJ office 4/29/21, 3 months later 8/6/21 had RFE, my husband responded to RFE on 8/30/21, still no decision, our attorney did inquiries because the case is out of processing time, contacted Congressman and no answer. What else we have to do before do a Lawsuit?

work permit about to expire
work permit expires in 3 weeks. Being trying to renew it since July. However, initially I did not receive a receipt notice for I-485. I had to call USCIS last year to get the receipt numbers verbally. They have rejected my renewal because I can’t provide proof of adjustment of status. I’ve sent numerous service requests, I’ve called them many times and I’ve not gotten any answers. Does anyone know what can be done?
