my advice would be to wait till after your interview because the advance parole is safe for refugees and permanent residents, but base on marriage it may be but is better to wait for your green card it's not gonna take long this pandemic made everything harder, you can talk to your lawyer

you can travel it’s safe but don’t stay out more than a month

I applied for a permit to travel while waiting for my green card (marriage based) and I traveled and got back into the US with no problem. If you use the permit to travel back home to visit family they take it as a reasonable reason for leaving the country and don’t make trouble out of it.

yes it was marriage based, they just sent you for 2nd inspection and after 10 to 15 mins you will be good to go
