Am I missing something here? The current priority date for F4 category is March 2007, that is about 12 years of waiting. When your sibling submitted the case? Is it in 2019?

it's true 10 years wait. however, many have applied in 2020/2021 and their siblings were granted access to the USA with green cards and PR. my question is this "if we applied in 2019 does that not constute for an approval, and why are those filing after 2019 gaining approval and green cards? l think l am missing a lot of info, l posted to show others in the same boat it's a patience game and don't expect much.
