H1 - Visa interview waiver for India
Hello,
I am currently in USA with my H1B approved and I am travelling to India in late January for my visa stamping and I have my consular appointment booked.
under this new waiver program, will I be eligible? If yes, how would I know? Do I still have to go to the consulate on the interview day? I previously had my F1 visa approved and stamped on which I first came to USA. #VisaInterviewWaiver #H1B #India
US Citizenship
What is the minimum timeline to apply for the US citizenship after getting that PR ? I am aware it is 5 years. But does the duration also include any stay that will be counted if stayed in USA with a non immigrant visa(H1B, L1A)

Interview Was Completed and My Case Must be Reviewed
Yesterday morning, did my I-485 interview at Seattle FO. After the interview, the case was updated to interview was completed and my case must be reviewed. How long does this take before it is approved and are been produced on average? I have been refreshing the app almost every hour lol. If any of you has experience on this, please share it with me.
Udate!
my case is finally approved today! Today it changed from Interview was completed and my case must be reviewed to Card is being produced! Thank you all for the support during this whole process. For those who are still waiting, keep the faith and know that yours is coming soon.

K1 + I-212 waiver
Hi everyone,
so I had K1 interview at US embassy and I was told to do I212 (permission to reapply, i do not need 601,601a) it’s been 7 months, lately i saw “last updated date” changed 2 times on my NVC case status. I hope they are working on my case. (been waiting for 2 years) Does anyone has same experience as mine ? Is there any advise ? thank you
EAD card received but no Advance Parole
I just got my EAD card but It says “Not valid for reentry to U.S.” and I don’t know what to do. My I-131 Travel document was approved months ago, and I thought it would come as a combo with the employment authorization card. Did that happened to anyone else??
I already tried to call USCIS, but it’s impossible to speak to a real person.
