You need her birth certificate from where she was born and possible hospital birth certificate if you can find one. That is about it. If you were a US citizen when she was born and you spent 5 years in the US, she might be eligible for Citizenship through birth Called CBRA

she was born b4 I became a citizen
Do I need pictures with her?
Sam KDec 27, 2021
I don’t think so. You need to prove that you are the parent and the birth certificate should show that. You can also submit Marriage certificate with your spouse to prove that she is your spouse and then you guys have a child together

Here is the information from USCIS if your relationship with the Child’s mother is complicated:
A copy of your child’s birth certificate issued by civil authorities
A copy of your marriage certificate to the child’s or a genetic or legal gestational mother
If you and/or the genetic or legal gestational mother are no longer married, you must also submit evidence of the legal termination of that marriage through death, divorce, or annulment.
If you never married the child’s mother before the child turned 18:
If the law of your or your child’s residence considers the child legitimated, you do not need to provide additional information
If your child is not legitimated under the law, you must submit evidence that you established a bona fide father-child relationship prior to the child turning 21 or marrying. This should be evidence of emotional and/or financial involvement in the child’s life.

Sam I need your help
I’m filling the i130
and they are asking to upload information for a NATIVE LANGUAGE? what’s it for?
pls need help
Sam KDec 28, 2021
I am not sure what they are asking you but if they are asking to put the beneficiary’s name in the native language, it means that if your daughter name have any special characters in it like some Latin names do. But I am assuming that your daughter’s name is in English so just type the information

Sam. pls do I need to upload passport photo of my child as additional document?
Sam KDec 28, 2021
yes, I think you do and you also have to submit yours as well. You have to put your name on the back and date of birth and so does the child
nan 8Dec 28, 2021
filling online?
Sam KDec 28, 2021
Yes, even if you are filing online. You still need the pic. This helps the USCIS differentiate you and your child. Also, so they know who they are expecting during the interview process
nan 8Dec 28, 2021
okay thanks
Sam KDec 28, 2021
Also, you don’t need to submit her passport information for I-130 but you need to provide your Citizenship proof
nan 8Dec 28, 2021

Sam KDec 28, 2021

I filled for her and mum
the case was at nvc waiting for an interview
and upgrade my case to IR1 so they removed her and ask me to apply separately for her
Sam KDec 28, 2021
Yes, that makes sense. You need a Single I130 when you are a citizen for mum and children but when you change status you have to file separate for everyone
