you should file writ of mandamus in federal court. there is a lawyer named Jim hacking. he has office in Washington DC too. he is expert in it. will definitely fix this issue. good luck.

infopass lets you set an apointment with an agent in local field office to inquire about the ongoing case.

@avid Gamer I think most of the people that filed in the year 2018 and 2019 has this issue because on the usics case tracker I can see a lot of people with same receipt number that they are case are pending some were written collected and receipt was sent, as of my case they kept telling me security check but we did not see any immigration officer in our house, and I don’t have a criminal record because I work with the state and my husband also work with the state and my marriage is real with 2kids, I have done all I know but ter 2 said they can’t do nothing except immigration take their decision which no one knows when
