@feb 19, 2021. Filed jointly, no rfe, had a baby, had a ridiculous amount of proof we were told it was overkill

pretty much the same here- filed jointly. mortgage plus tons of other things with it. no kids. no RFEs. filed feb 12

@waiting patiently I know thank you so much but I checked o r case before me received date same as mine , it got rfe on 12/27/2021

It was on here yesterday. It was Vermont 751 sent Jan 15/16 2021 and he got approved without rfe or interview on Feb 7, 2022. I recall saying congrats

absolutely, my case still says ‘case received’ but they told me they already did bio back in April 2021. Nothing updates online for me so at this point I’m blindly waiting for a surprise in the mail lol

it means they already did our biometrics (reused) from when we got our intial green cards. I didn’t even know they did mine because my online status never changes lol but I got letter in mail and when I called they said it was done April 6
