Interview Scheduled in New Orleans, LA - Immigration Medical Exam (I-693) Providers?
Hi all,
My interview was scheduled at the New Orleans, Louisiana, field office. I have to bring my form I-693 to the interview, but the USCIS designated doctors I called in my area (New Orleans, Mid-City to Westbank) are either not picking up the phone or not providing immigration medical exams anymore. I have been trying to schedule my appointment for almost a week now. I am getting worried...
Where did you do your medical exam in the New Orleans area, and how much did it cost you?

ive been waiting 1 year and 5 months for my I-130 to get approved I filed back in 2020. I see that a lot of people filed in 2021 and they already got approved.. I really don’t want to wait another year.. son I wonder if I filed another application will I get approved faster???

guys I need help from you.
my friends dad went to Nepal in tourist visa for 2 month. He have a daughter who lived in India. He went to India without visa to meet his daughter. when he was coming back from India to Nepal. Indian police caught him. they took him to jail. He’s US citizens. they informed US embassy in India but embassy isn’t helping.
His return flight is on February 6 2022. he’s still in jail in India .
what are the options we do from USA to help him get out from jail?

Problem with medical form i693
Unexpectedly something happened at the last minute. I took one of the form i693 tests and it was positive :( (my interview is at the end of this month for adjustment of status) of course the doctor let me know, I have to do a treatment for three weeks. Could anyone who has been through this or has a similar experience help me? How long should I wait? Thank you

My case is approved for some months now but my wife didn’t make enough money so we need a joint sponsor which her mom has agreed to be our joint sponsor. She is retired for a while now but makes enough. We need help on what documents do we need from her to upload for NVC. We are confused and need help any advice will be appreciated. thank you
arrest without conviction
hi, I’m an asylee with I-485 pending. I fought with my partner, he was holding me against my will. then I ran away and closed myself in the room and my partner said if I don’t open the door, he would call the police. so I ended up being arrested for domestic violence (they said because it’s his apartment and he called). I wasn’t convicted and all the charges were dropped. however now I’m afraid how this will hurt my chances of getting a green card. I wanted to ask if anyone had any similar experience

i dont know if there is anyone this is happening to,my daughters reciept number has been changing from rfe was recieved or case is under review to case was approved or sometime interview was schedule then when i open the app it will go back to the rfe was recieved or case is actively under review this has been happening since december 13 till date
