March People come vent and cry here with me 😔

I woke up with so much sadness today as my baby turned 11months yet, his dad is till waiting to meet him. Sometimes I feel like losing hope, but I know i have to keep positive, and be patient. But it is SOOO HARD. Hope we all got some good news by the end of the month. Happy New Year Friends and be blessed 🥰

we applied on 19 April for i130, Nebraska service center, since then case status changed to case is being actively reviewed from November . we sent expedite request but no response from USCIS. Any idea ?

I’m in US base on case and I want to open new case to apply for Green Card (adjustment for status) base on marriage, so . should drop the first case or just open new one ? . Is it easy to fill out the form by myself or hire attorney ? . how much avg for attorney fees + immigration fees ? thanks for response and advise.

hello I’m a j1 visa holder without the two years tule restrictions. that’s what it says in my passport. I’ve been searching and asking how to make an adjustment of status everybody said it’s complicated. can anybody has done this process?? I need it step by step please. I can’t afford paying a lawyer.

Anybody knows why there haven’t been any movements at all since july of last year for f2b category 😐 this so frustrating if you’re under that category.
