EB3-2 Case in progress but my wife is US citizen
Hi all need advice on this one.
I'm currently in the process of getting my GC through work (Eb3-2) but it's been alamot 4 months I've not gotten anything or heard on the case. currently only done biometrics on Nov 30, 2021 submitted case on Sept 29, 2021
I was wondering should I apply through my wife too? will spouse case be faster? please share your experience if you've been in this situation and what has worked better for you?

it’s very difficult anything to happen before 1 year (I mean all steps —> green card in hand), unless you have premium processing.
If you start another petition, it also will take time and your EB petition is likely to be processed before the family based petition.

I was way too far into EB when I got married

I got married on Sept. 9 and EB was submitted on Sept. 29 with PD being April 7th so I thought this would be the fastest and stuck to it

I mean it makes sense you got married after 5 months so you should be good but yes def. we could use marriage as plan b :)

my PD is April 7th and I filled the following on Sept 29 i140(approved)I765,i131, i485
biometrics done on Nov. 30 since then nothing.

My current on is about to expire in 3 weeks. I tried expediting it once in Dec. (got denied) submitted another one last Tuesday waiting to hear back

yes!!! one of the reason is financial hardship try that! I did the same for mine
