I submitted one on November about my AP, then waited the 30 days and had to submitted another one and waited another 30 days but the uscis change the processing times and it was all for nothing

I was contacted by a tier 2 because more than 90 days had apsed without getting a receipt notice for one case. That was a 30 day time window and we got the receipt the week before they called me back. Short call. Had another 24-27 hour call back about a case filed for a minor child/ emergency expedite request, she was very rude, impatient, but informative. She discovered the error that they recorded my email wrong and sent me an email with important information (to the wrong email address so I never got it).
