Joint Sponsor Question
My case is approved for some months now but my wife didn’t make enough money so we need a joint sponsor which her mom has agreed to be our joint sponsor. She is retired for a while now but makes enough. We need help on what documents do we need from her to upload for NVC. We are confused and need help any advice will be appreciated. thank you

She has to fill out form i-864 Tax papers and if your wife’s mom is married and fill jointly with her souse, her spouse has to fill out form I-864A. Goodluck

if she makes enough money, then let her fill out form i-864 and add her tax papers, proof of citizenship, birth certificate and that’s it.
