Adjustment Status for Administrative Closed
Hello!
I am a new member here!
I need your help.
7 years ago, our family got Administratively Closed (AC) at Immigration Court and after that, I applied and got employment authorization. I renew it every 2 years.
Now I found a company can help me to do EB-3 visa (unskill job), they said they can submit form I-485 Adjustment status for me but I do not know, do I have a change to get I-485 approval from USCIS?
Also, my brother who is US citizen filed I-130 for me from last year, and maybe it will take so long to get approval.
I need your advices what is the best thing I can do to change my status?

mistake in filling I-130
I noticed in the filled i-130 that I made the mistake of inputting the divorce date of my previous marriage as a date that my new marriage ended but my new marriage has not ended, my spouse and I are still legally married.
can someone suggest what I can do to correct this mistake???
US citizens petition for step children
I mailed in two applications packets:#i130,#i485,#i765,#i131 for my unmarried step kids.USPS tracking says both were delivered same day.Two weeks later I received receipt notice for one but didn't get anything for the second person till now
Is it normal or do i have to contact USICS

Notice of administrative closure
Hello, my husband already has a letter from the judge granting the motion of action to close the removal proceedings. That was for his pending asylum app and he got a work permit in the meanwhile. he was waiting for asylum response. Can I use that same letter to send to USCIS for the notice of administrative closure letter we received? Or do I have to request another letter for this I-485 app?
expedite denied ??? or what does it mean?

Although the A-file is still physically located at the National Benefits Center, the NBC does not make expedite determinations for I-485s. The decision to expedite an interview case must come from the field office with jurisdiction over that case.
