can I-129 k3 be submitted online?
I am a U.S citizen living abroad, can I file k3 online for my husband?

no k3 does not have online option and it has to be filed from us address

I129 (k3) Currently you cannot apply online, only mail. I sent everything from Mexico via DHL, you can apply from anywhere you are, only using a shipping method such as DHL, FedEx or UPS, you only have to enter the address indicated by USCIS for shipments by them.
