vawa ead C09 or keep my ead based on i130
hi guys, need ur help pls . I recently rescheduled my i130 second interview and am on the verge of submitting vawa. I have an ead that expires in 2024 but I want to know if I file in vawa do I need to file for work authorization too or since my i485 will be hold in abeyance should I just keep renewing the ead I have. thanks for ur opinions

why is case taking soo long. no interview no RFE. tried to expedite and nothing. can I send my bonafide marriage and medical exam to my field office without them asking I’m think of sending them next week. I’m very frustrated now. anyone sent the medical without RFE please any advise

A pakistani need advice about ID card
Hello i already post about my child case ,now i am facing a new issue i have to change my status in Nadara id card from unmaried to married which i forgot to do earlier .i am travelling to Pakistan after almost 2 weeks . i have to apply for my baby who is born after my US citenzhsip. Kindly guide me i have to change my status in Nadra record through Pak US consulate but i dont want to get a new id card right now as i have to tarvel and the new id card process can delay my visit to pakistan. Staus change is required in my baby birth certificat in pakistan union council. As i need birth certificate for my baby immigration case immediately.

Hi everybody😊 I'm writing this post becouse maybe you can help me to keep calm...so.Yesterday my husband submitted the evidence online.He already sent the evidence by mail since October 5th but USCIS hadn't updated my case status...for this reason we sent it online(the another way) yesterday.They immediately changed my case status,saying "On Nov 4 2022 we recieved..." Why? Does USCIS only accept and update the evidence online? 😣😣
My second complaint: my husband had to send a passport style photo(2) with his name and alien number(I think🤦♀️),so,when he sent it online he scanned the real photo(front and back) and submitted as a pdf...do you think is this way right?

people please, if you want your process to be fast submit the forms all at once, every single one, including the medical exams, the max waiting time if you do that is 6 months if everything is ok, and If you do the process after 2 years of marriage and you two have kids it won’t even be 3 months, don’t rush people because if you do it now but don’t do it right it will take forever and probably just for a temporal residence, I know how is to be ilegal man but do things the right way and be patience
AOS filing through F2A category while maintaining EB2 EAD and AP
Can anyone give some clarification on it. My husband (Principal) got his Green card in EB2 category and my AOS got stuck due to date retrogressed for India. Now, I am thinking to file a separate petition under F2A since date is current there.
Just wanted to check if this is an option to go for or has anyone done this or has similar experience? please share.
