I have been seeing alot of people filing for a K3 visa along with I-130 My husband is in Jordan, and we filed for a marriage based green card in dec 29th 2021. Will filing for a K3 visa affect the processing time of the i-130? will it cause it to be delayed? And how much does it cost to file a K3 visa? and Can I file it online?

my vawa case was pending from 32 months last month I applied for travel documents can I travel out side usa and how long i can stay in outside usa.

my husband is a US citizen and a Canadian citizen as well. he applied for my I-130 and its hard to be apart for so long so we've been looking for ways for me to go see him. people are telling me I probably won't get a visit visa for the US with a pending I-130, is that true? does anyone know if I can get a Canadian visit visa instead? or will they consider immigrant intent?

Its been 4 days since the cashed 2 checks and I haven’t received a recipient yet. Should i be worried or is it normal? can yall share when you got your reciepts?

People are still waiting from 2020 for their case to be looked at. The system is cruel. We are approaching 7 months with nothing but Case is received. This is not an ideal way to experience your first year of marriage.

I have a his birth certificate marriage certificate court marriage photo we share our names and same address on credit cards and on bill of sale of the car recently I had a appointment with immigration lawyer for consultation Lawyer have said I should not apply for vawa I may get nta and would loose daca just continue live my life as I'm now.
