eb2 nebraska filed in april 21
hi guys, anyone on the same boat with LIN2190350*** i did a concurrent filing for me n my wife, dates are current based on cross chargeability. applied on 2nd april 2021, biometrics done june 8th 2021 since then no updates on anything? its eb2
do i have to raise any request or something on this? today when i contacted to uscis agent via emma. she said that i can send a covering letter inregards to crosschrgeability to the address which is on the bottom
of receipt notice.
any advice from anyone, do we have any letter format related to crosschargeability which act as a covering letter?

Hello everyone,
I already filed the i-130 for my spouse and it’s just taking too long, so I was wondering if you all know if I file the I-129f for her is it going to move much faster? If so, based on your guys experience how long did it take to get your I-129f get approved? Any insights or advice will be much appreciated!
impact on Greencard or H1B

currently I am on H1B visa with approved I-140 and my priority date is approaching fast. will it be an issue if I become a director in a company which is located in India. any impact on H1B or Current GC case ?
note - my current company and India company both are on the same pfofession..
