hi guys. did anyone know if it will be a problem, rfe last given date is May 10th but lawyer had issues with himself. will there be issues if it get submitted after the deadline?

why not ask your lawyer what is the best option you could take if your rfe not ready because he needs to take care of personal business. maybe request more time with immigration

to submit more evidence, everything i already submitted marriage certificate, bank statement and more and everything is already with him, to review and submit is the problem.

Yeah due to the backlogs they extending RFEs from 30 days to 90 days I guess. So you’re good

I'm sorry to hear this laura.. believe me, that's is exactly what am running away from but at the same time, I don't want to be harsh on them.
