Hello everyone I am applying for a US fiancé visa (k1&k2) and I am Iranian. My chosen embassy was Ankara in Turkey. According to the latest news on the website of the Turkish Embassy on September 13 and 14, it seems that without the condition of having a residence permit in Turkey, for third countries, one can wait for an appointment. is it correct? And that 6 weeks have passed since my case was "read" and my case tracker on September 13th, the status of my case, showed 99%. How long do you think it will take for me to be invited for an interview? Do I have to make an appointment at the embassy? What is the next step? H4 Extension + H4 EAD Extension Expedite Request Denied (NSC)

So, I had expedited my H4 EAD renewal application owing to medical reasons on July 29th. The application was denied today (Aug 2nd) without even asking for additional details/proof by Nebraska Service Centre. Not sure of the reason yet. Plan to raise an expedite request again. Any pointers would be appreciated. Are biometrics still needed for H4 Extension?? Change of service center - Extended processing times!

Has anyone experienced this? My I-130 petition was originally at the Nebraska service center but when I reach out ( of my own initiative ) to USCIS live agents via the online chat "Emma" they said it is now in California. I didn't receive any notice or update about this. The live agent said it could always be moved to a different service center again. This is crazy! We went from hopeful our petition could be approved within the year to now potentially waiting two years!
