Change of service center - Extended processing times!
Has anyone experienced this?
My I-130 petition was originally at the Nebraska service center but when I reach out ( of my own initiative ) to USCIS live agents via the online chat "Emma" they said it is now in California.
I didn't receive any notice or update about this. The live agent said it could always be moved to a different service center again. This is crazy! We went from hopeful our petition could be approved within the year to now potentially waiting two years!
Nebraska Processing Time: 2 Months to 7 Months - U.S. citizen filing for a spouse
California Processing Time: 21.5 Months to 28 Months - U.S. citizen filing for a spouse
PD: March 3, 2021
Actively being review: April 1, 2021
Original Service center: Nebraska

same thing here just ask emma with live agent my case was in Vermont from Nebraska but i dont receive notice...weird

same thing happened to me as well, Initially it said my case was processing at Nebraska Service Center, chat via Emma today and agent told me it is being processed at California without any notice. Agent told me it was always being processed at California service center, which is incorrect because it said initially processing at NSC. please keep us updated if you find any information.

May 29,2021 then got “actively reviewed” on june 15, other than that nothing else

Same here,moved from Nebraska to California. P.D July 15 2021.
