rama and M S- Case is with NBC. dont know if at all the case is transferred to any nearest field office. i did try to check online via Emma. got nothing. which service center is your case filed with?

PD feb 2011 and service center MSC but we r EB2 not EB3. We raised 2 SR but no response

PD Oct 23rd for GC at NBC and haven’t heard back yet but a lot of September has been answered from what I’ve seen on here and Reddit so hopefully we are soon

because what I am aware they are moving in the order of priority date fast. so you are close buddy .

how do you raise an SR? what justification do you give there? is it same as expedite?

after 60 days you can raise SR

@AJ Mahesh - your lawyer can explain more but you can raise SR after 60 days

@M S and @Aj- USCIS hardly ever responds to any SR. I have left that hope already unfortunately. Now there also is a possibility of retrogression in coming Nov Visa bulletin.

@rrhy_girl let’s say if it retrogress to 2010, does it mean that all those who have applied for PD after 2010 and haven’t received ead/GC gets stuck?

@Aj Mahesh- whoever applied for AOS with PD going back to 2015 (as per Oct 2020 visa bulletin) should get ead/ap whether date retrogressese or not. if you dont get ead/ap within the processing times mentioned in their website you can seek to submit request outside normal processing times or reach your respective congressman to expedite the proccess. I understand how cumbersome and frustrating this is, but since when things were ever easy with USCIS?

@versha same thing happened to me too twice with the SR. they didnt send me jackshit even though the case tracker said they did. no mail, no email. nothing. i had to connect to a live agent via Emma to see what they "sent." Emma agent was able to pull it up for me and it was the generic: we are still reviewing your case blah blah response. so dumb.
