EB3 (Non ROW) I485 RFE - HELP!!
Hi,
Has anyone received RFE on their i485 for both primary and beneficiary for EB3 non ROW category?
our PD- 2013
If so please share your experience or advice.

rrhy_girl, yes I’m from India and I was also freaking out! In the end it’s not worth stressing over! My i-140 PD is 1/30/2012 and 485 filing PD 10/12/2020.

Yes, did my bio on 2/19/21, Combo card on 3/10/21 and RFE last Friday. Please do post when you receive it. Also, if your RFE says you “must” mail it in, like mine does, my lawyer said he has seen interviews waived lately. Fingers crossed...!!!!!!

NK- what is your service center?
i am sure your interview will get waived. i have heard the same as well. whoever getting their medical rfe’s they are good.
i have not received my combo yet. dont know will this rfe delay my combo. i am praying to God 🙏🏻

@NK- Hey, i received my combo card. Expedited my i131 due to family emergency and USCIS approved it.
Also, wanted to update you on the RFE, I believe mine was also mail it in.

Congratulation rrhy! This is a exciting news! It has been 45 days since I got my RFE. My lawyer has not responded to it yet. We had a wedding in the house and he took it easy along with me :). He actually just e-mailed me that the response package will be mailed out today. I took off from work for my brothers wedding and hence, my supplement J got delayed. I’ll let you know if and when I hear from USCIS. Also, what is your RFE requesting? Does it specifically ask you to mail the documents in?
I’m crossing my fingers for the interview waiver!!!! Hope the same for all!!!
