I am an applicant for fiancé visa (k1 visa) and I am Iranian and 29 june 2020 pd and 6 march approved.my selection embassy was ankara in turkey but is is problem and new selection embassy is Abu Dhabi, UAE .Should I apply to change the embassy now? Hello!! I applied an application to I-539 on february 18 they received it on feb 22 ... I did the biometrics on april 7 and my application is being processed in California service center... Does anyone knows or has an idea how more time will it take? (yesterday I called USCIS checking my case status...
