Anyone who received I-824 approval to send approved I-130 to NVC?
My I-130 is approved but USCIS retained my petition because of my mistake on I-130 but I don’t recall exactly how did that happen. They’ve asked me to file I-824 to request USCIS to send approved petition to NVC for consular processing. I’ve filled I-824 a month ago but I’ve not heard anything yet. Do we’ve anyone who has gone through this type of situation and received I-824 approval recently? This is so frustrating 😓 #i130 #i824 #uscis #nvc

WHAT SHOULD I DO!
I applied for F4 visa in 2009 June, at that time my son was of 5years old and my daughter was of 4years old but due to COVID-19 our priority date stop moving and from 2021 it is stucked on OCT 2007 I want to know how much time it will take to move yet my childrens are now 17 and 18 what should I do as if they get older 21 I want to know about how time it will take for processing.

what is the meaning of current when current can be 1 or 2 or even beyond ? I filed for I 765& 485 on April 2021 & still waiting for an EAD , is it so hard to make a decision on issuing an EAD ?
It’s been 14 months and no EAD with a current processing time of green card my i485 timelines days 32.5 months .
Family based who filed in sept 2021 or even Jan 2022 have their green card itself handed over . why this discrimination against emplacement based green cards ?
how long must I remain unemployed with no benefits and aid for the country ? what is the benefit of having a current priority date and never receiving anything current . can’t make an enquirer coz they keep pushing the dates further and further .
This is nothing but profiling based on categories and the govt or no authorized body see it’s impact on our everyday lives . With financial impact post COvID how is one expected to survive this inflation without a job ?

I-140 (premium processing), I-765, I-131 & I-485 originally accepted by USCIS on 11-05-2020. Priority date of 11-11-2011 which is now current for EB3.
RFE for Medicals hasn't been issued yet & I didn't file the Medicals along with the original application.
Biometrics completed on 09-02-2021 but the I-485 case status was never updated to reflect this.
EAD/AP combo card was approved on 02-14-2022.
