jacksonville fl aos through marriage
hi. its going to be a year since i applied for AOS through marriage. still no interview scheduled. i dont know if its normal. is anybody in jacksonville going through the same situation? #jacksonville #aos #uscis #marriage #marriagebased #greencard

I applied for my AOS based on EB2-NIW in February 2022, biometrics in March 2022 and still waiting. I really need at least the EAD (I-765) but I don’t know how much more time it is gonna take :(

@Elizabeth OR dont worry the EAD card shouldnt take that long, i received it around 3 or 4 months after my biometrics so i think youll get it any time now
