F2A I-130 and I-485 Concurrent Filing
Hi everyone,
Does anyone know whether for concurrently filed F2A petition, the I-130 and I-485 will be adjudicated together or separated? Will I receive I-130 first, then wait for a bit more before USCIS process I-485?
I was told by USCIS agent that I can submit inquiry for I-130 since it's out of normal processing time. Should I do that or continue waiting since ultimately I-485 approval is all that matters?

Courtsey Letter for medical
Hi,
I have received approval for I 130 last month. And my wife who is my sponsor received an email yesterday regarding medicals from uscis. I have already submitted medicals with my initial application. I don't see any update on my online account under documents and there is no status update. Anybody in similar situation please let me know what should be done?

Timing after Medical RFE from Phoenix FO
I recently delivered the medical to my non-local FO, Phoenix. The status online updated on February 7th to "request for evidence was received". Today, February 23rd I still haven't heard anything about my I-485. I-130 was approved on January.
Does anybody have any experience with this Field Office?

Whats the best way to submit the requested evidence for Expedite Request?
I solicited an #expedite request and got a letter asking for #evidence to support it. In the letter they don’t specify where to send it to or how.
How can I send it? do I have to scan print and mail the evidence? or is there a way to do it online?
Also did you make a cover letter when you sent your evidence for expedite?
If you have done it before I would appreciate the help, thanks.

Green card holder sponsor spouse
Hi everyone,
I currently have a green card for 2 years now and I’ll be eligible for citizenship in about 3 years(a total of 5 years). I just got married and my spouse overstayed her holiday visa and now I have to file for her(she is currently in the US too). I do see that for the category F2A the priority date is “current” meaning I can file both the i130 and i485 but the issue is I am seeing everywhere that I’ll need a waiver(i601A) because she violated the terms of her visa and because am not a citizen. So right now what will happen if I file for the i485? Will it be automatically be rejected without the waiver or will she be given a work permit until she is called for the interview then get rejected because she doesn’t have the waiver? I am asking because if she can get a work permit for now that will be good while she waits then maybe by the time they call us for the interview I would have been a citizen by then and the waiver will not be necessary. Please help #greencard #i601A #i485 #i130 #familypreference
I-485 Transferred from NBC To Phoenix FO
I talked to USCIS agent and she said that my application is in Phoenix(not sure why) . it was originally at NBC . My local field office is Seattle . Will it transfer to the right field office or they will make the decision there . Any thoughts ?
