hello everyone today usics Nebraska service center today was working on September 9,10,11,12 2020 pd dates I hope we get a approved soon if is your pd and center u should hear from usics soon.

my i130 was being processed at Vermont service Center the whole time and in the notice said Nebraska so now I have to wait another 1.2 years for a decision on my case my pd is sep 12 2020

my i130 is in Vermont center but it in my recipt notice it says we received ur i130 on sep 12 2020 in Nebraska service center do I have to wait 2 years now

I never received any notifications about my i130 in 9 months now my pd is sep 12 and center is Nebraska service Center what do I do are they working on September or October plz anyone help

Hello i apply for i 130 on april 23 2020 i received my receipt number From that time nothing has changed in my case was texas i call uscis they say my case transfer to nebraska center I have submited case inquiry because my case outside normal processing i have waited 30 days no updates Please What should. I do please #i130 #processingtime

my i130 has not been approved are they behind one month or what anyone help and it been 8 months since than no approved yet

On November 26th 2019 my case was received and receipt notice was mailed.

hello I filed and send my application in July 2019 for I-130 to bring my husband and it’s at the Texas center. I haven’t received an approval yet it’s been over a year. has anyone gone through the Texas center and have the same waiting times? I called the USCIS many times and they tell me to wait it’s in processing....any advice on what to try out next #I130
