Change of service center - Extended processing times!

Has anyone experienced this? My I-130 petition was originally at the Nebraska service center but when I reach out ( of my own initiative ) to USCIS live agents via the online chat "Emma" they said it is now in California. I didn't receive any notice or update about this. The live agent said it could always be moved to a different service center again. This is crazy! We went from hopeful our petition could be approved within the year to now potentially waiting two years! Nebraska Processing Time: 2 Months to 7 Months - U.S. citizen filing for a spouse California Processing Time: 21.5 Months to 28 Months - U.S. citizen filing for a spouse PD: March 3, 2021 Actively being review: April 1, 2021 Original Service center: Nebraska #i130 #uscis #servicecenter

Hey guys, with COVID how long does it take to get my work permit and to be scheduled for an interview if I had my biometrics 2 months ago ( I applied for I-130 and I-485 on Jan2021 ). Thanks a lot

my i30 is being actively reviewed what does this mean pd is sept 2020 since June 5 I never received anything yet but

hello everyone today usics Nebraska service center today was working on September 9,10,11,12 2020 pd dates I hope we get a approved soon if is your pd and center u should hear from usics soon.

my i130 was being processed at Vermont service Center the whole time and in the notice said Nebraska so now I have to wait another 1.2 years for a decision on my case my pd is sep 12 2020

Hello i apply for i 130 on april 23 2020 i received my receipt number From that time nothing has changed in my case was texas i call uscis they say my case transfer to nebraska center I have submited case inquiry because my case outside normal processing i have waited 30 days no updates Please What should. my i130 has not been approved are they behind one month or what anyone help and it been 8 months since than no approved yet

On November 26th 2019 my case was received and receipt notice was mailed.

Anyone know how long should I wait? I apply for a green card by resident husband. I'm also on my F1. I appreciate every reply. Thank you #i130 #resident

I-130 approval for spouse

hello I filed and send my application in July 2019 for I-130 to bring my husband and it’s at the Texas center. I haven’t received an approval yet it’s been over a year. has anyone gone through the Texas center and have the same waiting times? I called the USCIS many times and they tell me to wait it’s in processing....any advice on what to try out next #I130
