i guess your case has also been transferred to vermont once confirm it from live agent. my pd is september 2019 transferred from california to vermont

do they send any notification when case transfer? live agent mean by calling USCIS or through Emma? i tried via Emma but couldn’t. thanks

no they do not send anything. yes through emma you call contact live agent. just type live agent in the chat and wait for your turn

hyun seok gil are you sure that your service center is california? cause it might have got transferred to vermont and since your pd is aug 2019 you can make an enquiry because its out of normal processing time. But if it is still in california service center than you have to wait for a long time

Luck singh, i talked to agent over chat and got to know mine is now at potomac. So requested outside normal processing time.
