My receipt says the same but when I spoke to the rep at USCIS she said its in Texas and not Nebraska

I've seen quite a few cases getting approved at Vermont recently, some in as little as 3-4 months.

Almost all the online receipts say Nebraska. Mine did, but the i130 is actually in California.

@Qarito It says Nebraska online for everyone at first (well ALMOST everyone!). I think the online first receipt is generated with Nebraska. Mine said Nebraska also, but the agent told me it was at California since day 1. It's so unclear, lol.

If your receipt says TCS then it will be TCS because the service center always mentions it on the receipt bottom. If they change your receipt mention service center they will mail you the letter and it won't affect your processing means your processing timing will be the TCS timing. You can call them explain the situation and tell them to create a tier 2 request for your to search and verify your service center. They probably create a request for you and will give you a ticket number for searching your case status from your service center. Thank
