My kids case was also transferred from Texas to Nebraska from 2019 it got approved last April on the 28 and nothing else ever since. it’s been 383 days and nothing.

but if my father come this year and get green card then apply before 21 years he completely it’s possible come under one year or no

my brother is coming to USA as international students and he has another process started i130 with his mom after he come can he still do the process
