EB3-unskilled worker I-485 case processing is so long
Anyone is in Nebraska Service Center, PD from 12.2019, I485 Receipt Date in 11.2020 and still waiting until now without any new action after biomestric like me? Whereas, I saw a lot of people have PD and RD a way after me, but they received GC already. Someone even received it without EAD, while I started working for more than a year, and nothing happened 😅
I just don’t understand how is the way they work on these cases. It’s not really like what they said “first come first served”.😅
I just want to know if there’s someone in the same boat with me?😅

EB2-NIW I-485 concurrent filing timeline?
Dear community,
I submitted I-485 concurrently using pending I-140 a year ago. My I-140 was approved 52 days ago. I-485 was moved to Texas from initial filing in Phoenix.
how long does it take to have it transfer to NBC?
based on the post of others, I know sending it to NBC is a good sign. I’m moving out of my current address in 6 months. Do I have enough time to wait for the green card?

I-140 approved, how long until I-485 decision?
Filed concurrently I-140 EB-2 NIW, I-131, I-765, I-485 September 2021. I-131 got rejected due to some error so we refiled later in Jan 2022.
My I-140 was approved today. I am waiting eagerly for I-131 or I-485 in order to travel. Does anyone have any guesstimates on how long this might take for Nebraska? #I-140 #niw #I-485 #lin #nebraska #nsc

Can anyone please help me with the following- are we allowed to apply for I-485 just after I-20 extension? or does the 90 day rule apply here too? i.e. do I need to wait 90 days after I-20 extension to apply for I-485? or can I apply as soon as I-20 extension is done?

Filed I-140 and I-485 together in September 2021. Biometrics were done in Feb 2022. I have not filed my medical along with I-485.
Got I-140 approved on 9th October 2022.
Recently got an update that my case was transferred and new office has jurisdiction.
May I know where my case was transferred and how long does it take to get the next update from here?

I-130 case approved while I-485 being reviewed?
Good day everyone!
I concurrently filed for I-130 and I-485 for my wife, today I received a notice that the I-130 was approved, and at the same time, her I-485 changed to actively being reviewed for the second time, is this normal? Or does it have another meaning? Anyone else had a similar experience?

Hi Community.
My PD is 03/29/2021 (I-140 filed, standard),
I-140 approved (EB1-C multinational Manager) 04/30/2022;
I-485 Submitted 08/04/ 2022 along with EAD form and Medicals;
Biometrics completed on 09/08/2022;
Case status since then is "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken"..
No update since then . My notice is MSC22906**** . It has been with NBC all along.
