This community was so supportive that I am sharing as much as I can . I was eb1-c (multinational manager). No dependent. I was with Nebraska Service Center.
a) Timeline
I will attach the full timeline , but the main steps were the following
- May 11, 2011: with the lawyers , we filed I-140, I-485, I-765 and I-131. we also attached results of the medical examination
- May 4, 2022: I-140 was approved
- June 16, I recieved a notification that I-765 card was being produced
- June 17, I also receive a notification that I-131 was approved
- June 25, Combo card was recieved .
- July 13, cases was transferred to National Benefits Center
- July 26, I recieved a notification that I—485 card was being produced
- Aug 3, I received the Green Card
b) Traveling with Advance Parole
This was actually very smooth , secondary inspection lasted less than 10 minutes.
It really seems that USCIS is accelerating now , and I hope future waiting time will be better. But in my opinion , patience and use of lawyers are key. This community is great to find confort and solidarity with people who are going through the same experience.

I-765 approved
Just got an update on I-765 approval for myself (Primary Applicant). However , didn’t get the approval notice for I-765 on my dependent’s file. How long it might take to get the approval for I-765 on my dependent file and our I-485? #I-140 #I-765 #I-485 #TSC

Field Office Detroit RFE For Medicals (I-485 Employment Based)
On 07/18/2022 I received a physical RFE letter from USCIS Detroit field office requesting medicals (I-693).
I replied with all required documents and It shows on 07/25/2022 FedEx delivered it.
My confusion is, the online status still showing "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken" and no mention of RFE sent or recieved.
What should I do next other than waiting, and anyone else in a similar situation? #I-485 #RFE #RFEMedical #FieldOffice #Detroit
[Houston - PD: Sep 2, 2021] Interview waived???
Hi y’all,
I wonder if anyone in Houston is experiencing this. I contacted Emma last wek and the agent told me that my interview has been waived. However, the is still no update on my case online. Also, I wonder if you guys could share your timeline so other Houstonians could see the current queue too?

How long it takes to get a decision on I-485 after getting approved on I-140
Concurrently filed I-140, I-765, I-485, I-130 with medical, at TSC. USCIS received on September 14, 2021. Fingerprint done on October 29, 2021. I-140 approved on July 12th, 2022. How long it might take to get approval on I-485? Anyone else around my timeline? Please share. Is there any way to find out which month they are working on? Interfiling (transferring the basis) I-485J

I wanted to know how long did it take for the people that have done Interfiling to change the basis of their application (to change from EB3 to EB2 or from EB2 to EB1) how long did it take for you to receive the receipt notice of the I-485J, and how long did it take for it to get the I-485J approved and your green card?

Still no news.
It has almost been a year since filing I-485, EAD and I-131. Still no news except that my I-485 has been transferred to the NBC, I have not done medical yet, only biometrics. Hoping to at least receive my EAD soon!

hello,
I was wondering were my I-485 application went. My case number is still MSC but USCIS transferred it to another office but I don’t know which one ??
My I-140 is in Nebraska I beliece (case number start with LIN).

January 7, 2022 We transferred your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, to another USCIS office that now has jurisdiction over your case.
January 6, 2022 Your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, was transferred to another office for processing.
January 4, 2022 We accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case.

EB2 NIW card is being produced
I take it as win. Almost 2y from I-140 submission. I-485 was submitted 8/26/2021 to NBC but moved to nebraska. Luckily 5/9/2022 we were transferred back to NBC. A today we got info that our GC is being produced! #EB2 #EB2NIW #AOS #I-485

I-485 Post-Approval Timeline
Hi all, wanted to post my timeline after "card is being produced"... since that's a common question. Everything went quickly after that, with an update every day.
June 7: Card is being produced
June 8: Case was approved
June 9: Case was mailed to me
June 10: Case was picked up by USPS
June 11: Received card in the mail!

Status updated to show same info: fingerprints taken
Last week my case was updated to show again that fingerprints were taken. The weird thing is that was the same status I got back in Feb 2018… then it didn’t change until my case was transferred from TSC to NBC back in late April and early May. I’m back again to the same previous status. I feel like going in circles. Anyone with the same situation?
