Anyone still waiting for I-485 (NIW) approval since September 2021 or earlier? I submitted non-concurrent application in August 2020 (2 years ago!), but this wait is taking forever.

unlike I-140 application, it is so difficult to guess the timeline. I thought we can guesstimate based on PD but looks like they randomly pick the case and approve :(

@AM: my case is at NBC right now. but went to Kendall field office for few months (which is different than the state I live)

hi ben, mine is 1485 sep 2021 filing, also at kendall FO (not in my state).. i received RFE to redo my medicals from kendall and have sent it.. just waiting for response now

I have seen many cases got approved after they submit medical (RFE). Hope you will be another lucky one, only few days away from getting approved. I submitted medicals report with my application.

@ben, yeah i submitted medicals originally too but then the form changed and needed covid vaccine and hep B..so they asked to do a new form.

December 2020, concurrent filing, still waiting for both I-140 and I-485

For concurrent filers, I see the trend that once your 140 is approved, 485 will be approved in very short time. However, I see some of the concurrent fillers applied in 2020 already received green card. Hope you get a good news soon.
